Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve is my nephews birthday. He is 6 months older than me and for as long as I can remember we have had a party on Christmas Eve. It has always included clam chowder and luckily a lot of other things to choose from. (Everyone else in the family can cook- I don't know how I got skipped. My assignment is always drinks!) Happy birthday, Chris!
Even though it doesn't seem right to open gifts on Chris' birthday, we always do. Here are some of the kids waiting for their gift exchange.......

Alex, Kathleen, Max.....
Michelle and Karen...........

Seth and Linda.............

Michelle and Eileen.........

Dixon spent most of December in Singapore and came back bearing gifts...........

Mitch, Emery and Nana..........

The Sisters (minus Sherrie) after our gift exchange.....and we also missed Brittney!
We had a great time but did not get home until after midnight. Santa came around 3 am.......

Mitchell woke up at 6am, but I didn't let him wake Emery up until 8am!

Merry Christmas!!!

  1. Is there a rule about homemade scarves and hats amongst your sisters. Super cute!

  3. Well even if you did get skipped in the cooking department (I don't know why you think this. Everything I've ever had was TASTY!) You can sure make ANYTHING look beautiful. Aren't sisters fun? (most of the time...lol)

  4. The sisters are too cute! I can't even tell which one is you and which one is Karen. You look like twins or something. Thanks for the gourmet cookies. We fought over who got the Santa cookie...Megan won as usual!
