HO HO HO!!!

We went to visit Santa. Emery asked for a real giraffe and an ipod. Luckily Santa told her a giraffe wouldn't fit in his bag, but I also thought he should tell her that 4 year olds don't need ipods! While Mitchell went to his sleepover, Emery went to Michelle's (another sister) for a sleepover with Grace. Again, I don't know all that was included, but Emery's favorite was the gingerbread house she got to make.

Fun! Fun! Fun!

Eileen and Bob (my sister and brother-in-law) regularly have the kids over for a ton of fun. Mitchell has missed all or parts of it because of sports. This time he got to go for the whole thing. I am sure I am going to leave some things out, but here is an idea of what goes on.

They started off with pizza, garlic bread and fruit for dinner, then checking out the down town Christmas decorations, including the lights at Temple Square. They went on a carriage ride and went back home for movies and computer games. The next morning was a yummy breakfast then iceskating.

And that's not all- they also went to see A Christmas Carol and then to Carls Jr for lunch. So lucky! Thanks Eileen and Bob!

We had a great night at Karen's house. The kids went out to Trick or Treat then came back for dinner and went out again. Then came back and watched a movie while they ate tons of candy!

The best part was the package we got in the mail.... Aunt Margaret's famous sugar cookies.

Emery decided while I was immobile and stuck in the basement she would go upstairs and give herself a haircut............... not just any haircut, but a mullet. AAAUUUGGGG!!!!

Grace came over to play. The kids wanted to play in the water. I said it was too cold. They said it was just right.
